Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Loraxle (operated by Anoshaya LLP), customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not already been shipped. To cancel, email us at hello@loraxle.in with your order number.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the product is received damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or are missing original tags are not eligible for return or refund.
